Flanges by material, standard and type
Every flange is supplied to your line list in ASME and ASTM designations, from small-bore vents and drains to large-diameter mains. Mixed orders of a few pieces per size are welcome, so one package can cover the plant, the CDU skids and the white space.

B16.9, MSS SP-43US data center markets we supply
Climate, water rules and logistics differ from Northern Virginia to Reno, and so does the flange schedule. Each market page covers all three.
- Northern Virginia4.5 GW of capacity, freezing winters and reclaimed water. Gateways: Norfolk or Baltimore.
- Dallas-Fort Worth1.4 GW of capacity, 100 °F summers and the 2021 freeze. Gateway: Port Houston.
- Phoenix1.1 GW of capacity, 111 days a year above 100 °F, little water. Gateway: Los Angeles and Long Beach.
- Chicago911 MW of capacity and -9 °F winter nights. Arrives by rail from either coast.
- AtlantaNearly 2.9 GW under construction, hot and humid. Gateway: Savannah.
- Silicon Valley509 MW of capacity, mild climate, liquid cooling refits. Gateway: Oakland.
- Columbus, Ohio114 data centers around Columbus and -22 °F record cold. Arrives by rail from the East Coast.
- Hillsboro, Oregon491 MW of capacity and almost none free. Mild, but 114 °F in 2021. Gateway: Seattle and Tacoma.
- New York and New Jersey190 MW of capacity in tall buildings and New Jersey campuses. Gateway: Port of NY and NJ.
- RenoHigh desert at 4,400 feet: dry air, cold nights. Gateway: Oakland, then I-80.
Stainless flanges that arrive ready for a clean loop
Cold plates on direct-to-chip servers have flow channels of about 100 microns, so the technology cooling loop has to start clean and stay clean. ASHRAE TC 9.9's May 2026 bulletin on coolant integrity warns that a single stainless component that is not passivated can put the whole loop at risk. Here is how our stainless flanges arrive.
- Pickled and passivated to ASTM A380 and A967 when you specify it, to remove free iron and restore the passive chromium oxide layer.
- 100% positive material identification on our Bruker PMI analyzer, recorded with the mill test report.
- Intergranular corrosion testing to ASTM A262 Practice E on request, at an accredited laboratory.
- Heat number stamped before machining, so every flange traces back to its melt.

How a US order works
- Send a line list or BOM. We quote every line as specified and flag anything we would supply differently.
- Inspect before it ships. Your inspector or agency is welcome at the works; EN 10204 3.2 certificates on request.
- Documents with every shipment: mill test reports, PMI records, packing list and commercial invoice, with the origin die stamped on the flanges.
- Your terms, your port: FOB India, CIF a US port or another Incoterm you name.

Flanges by cooling system
Each loop has its own fluid, pressure and cleanliness rules, so each has its own flange specification.

Chilled water systems
Plant rooms, headers and facility water mains. A105 and stainless, Class 150 and PN16.
CHW, FWS
Condenser water and cooling towers
Large, low pressure mains to towers and dry coolers. A105, LF2 and AWWA C207.
CW, heat rejection
Coolant distribution units
